Module 2: Care for changes (Focus: Family)

 

Aspects of Expatriate life: Life and work in a multicultural environment is very rich, but it also has its challenges. 

 

This module cares for both - presence and future of the Expatriate family. lt provides  proactive riskmanagement, delivered just in time.

 How to manage relocation  successfully, how to settle down with ease, manage the transition phase?  This  coaching  management will provide tools to handle change on several lebels. And it will prepare for the challenges of relocation and adapting in order to prevent early termination of assignments.

Finally, balancing and forward moving of the every day hazzles in Expats life will be facilitated by `maximizing the scope´ coaching – assisting to integrate actual experiences into each family members knowledge base.
